1.GET ACQUAINTED WITH US

Book your first call with us for a quick initial conversation about what you envision for your project.

This is a great opportunity to determine if Blackstag Construction is a good fit for the type and size of your construction project and to ask us any questions about our previous projects and experience. We'll also start to put together some working numbers to give you an idea of budget range.

Next, we'll schedule a free in person consultation, where a team member from Blackstag Construction will meet with you in your space to discuss your project in more depth, and gain an understanding of your goals and vision.

2.SITE MEETING

We proceed to the next phase, which entails:

Take a personal look at the space with your design team and go over the breakdown of your project based on your lists and goals

Take pictures and measure the current space

Prepare, review, and finalize schematic drawings and the budget. Host an initial review of the project with relevant trades

3.ESTIMATE STAGE

Prepare design and development drawings, then proceed to visit suppliers to select all finishes and fixtures

Draft the work scope and relevant blueprint plans, and compile an initial estimate of construction expenses. Then, review the client's design development drawings and provide an estimate

4.CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Complete necessary structural, mechanical and/or electrical engineering inspections

Prepare construction drawings to obtain a building permit. Prepare and present the contract, schedule, and final construction costs for approval. Obtain the building permit and begin work!

5.ENJOY YOUR NEW SPACE

Your contract completion date will mark the final team meeting. We will guide you through the finished result, explaining exactly what was done, how everything operates, and any required maintenance.

We'll check in 30 days later, and again at 6-12 months to confirm that everything is still entirely to your satisfaction.

If any issues or concerns arise throughout the length of your 5-year warranty or beyond, we're always just a phone call away.
